Wondering if anyone had experience of chiropractor...good or bad?
I have an extremely annoying lower back problem atm causing a pain down my leg. Friend is recommending a chiropractor but wanted a broader opinion!

My mum used to see one quite regularly to help with her back pain.
To be fair, she had left things all too late, but she did get some relief after each visit.
When I watched his treatment, it made sense, as he would gently pull on her spine and leg to release the nerve a little.
He never tried to make her continue the visits, and told her what he could do was limited due to the progression of her problems.

DH is currently having treatment from a Chiropractor for his neck pain and movement. He had some relief after the first treatment. I would give it a try.

Definitely definitely, keeping your back in good order is vital for everything else. It's often quite a manipulation but go with it, it's not painful just firm and take it easy afterwards

I see a chiropractor for horrendous back spasms. She sorts me out in one appointment.

I’ve been to my Chiropractor for several problems including Sciatica caused by back problems and a frozen shoulder he fixed both of these after a couple of visits and an excercise/ stretching plan. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Anything (within reason) is worth a try. If it doesn't suit you, you don't have to return. Perhaps try a few sessions and see what happens.

Definitely worth trying for back problems. Mine works magic!
