In a recent magazine, a doctor recommended this device for a lady suffering from painful sacroiliac joints, my problem too. The doctor herself said she had used this device and it had helped her. It's not cheap, about 250 pounds but if it worked, I'd gladly buy one. Has anyone tried this device? It seems that you wear it on an ankle or wrist for about 3 hours a day. The doctor also recommended turmeric and omega-3 fish oil supplements. Also massaging with Amber Ointment. I'll try anything!

The placebo effect would be much cheaper grin Seriously a good physio will discuss stretching exercises with you which will also help
