I'm glad you have got it Cherrytree.

When I am waiting for DH to finish shopping or something like that, I am going to read each part of it so I know that I have ideas of what to do in medical situations.

I have just downloaded this useful app onto my iPhone and iPad.

It gives simple instructions for First Aid situations and emergencies.

It's worth checking out.
