Compression socks

I’ve recently bought some of these glamorous items and their effect is amazing. I can see my ankle bones for the first time in years!
But I dread the daily struggle to get them on. They come up to my knees.
Have others found the gadgets to get the socks on a big help? They don’t look worthwhile but I’ll buy one if it is.

I learnt how to do this when I had my hip surgery.

I used the bag that the stockings came in but any small plastic bag works. Put the bag over your foot first then slide the stocking on over the bag and foot and up your leg then pull the bag out out through the toe opening voila! It always works for me.
