How much does lower eyelid surgery cost? According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the average cost of eyelid surgery is $3,026.

I think that is probably about right, but i expect it depends where you go, but i would think about the same in English money, maybe a bit more these days

A lot will also depend on which county the surgery is performed in as some are more expensive than others.
