My local Boots the Chemist is offering this vaccine in 2 doses. Has anyone else taken up this offer? They don’t say how much it will be.

I thought it was just for children. It’s a confusing advert.

I have not heard about this, but it could be for adults,i have had a mild meningitis twice, apparently the type that babies would get ,but it wasn't pleasant
I don't know why these vaccines aren't advertised more, i didn't know about the shingles vaccine,until i had shingles 2 years ago,angry

Older children, teens and adults will not have had Men B as part of their immunisation programme.

I know when it became available the NHS decided it was too expensive to offer it to the entire population (I think it was about £80 each and needs two doses).

If affordable I think I would try to give it to any children or young people going off to Uni etc. The two doses from Boots is £220.

It might be possible to get a private prescription from your GP for less - worth asking.
