Had to come off hrt after a breast cancer scare and found my hot flushes were back. Started taking sage tablets and bought a Lady care magnet which is worn inside your underwear. Very noticeable improvement after 4 days. The sage tablets took the edge off the flushes but combined with the magnet I'm only having 2 a day.
