Breast pain after menopause

I've been experiencing some discomfort and occasional pain in my right breast for a few weeks. It's not always in the same place. I've an appointment to see my Dr on sat morning but just wonder if anyone else has experienced this and if it turned out to be ok?

Hi B, yes, I’m coming up 70 and I experience breast pain occasionally and have been examined several times and always self-examine and all is well. I have heard that evening primrose oil is supposed to help but haven’t tried it myself.

Thanks for that. I've read breast pain is rarely a sign of cancer which is reassuring.
