CV - Human Cull?

Along with these very silly conspiracy theories, there are dangerous fake 'advice' emails and articles circulating, often claiming to be official hospital ones, like this:

Unfortunately, in any crisis the weirdos come out of hiding, so do ignore them.

There are so many of these silly rumours doing the round I am amazed that anyone takes any notice of them.

All you need to do is think up a silly idea and post on some forum somewhere and soon a bevy of credulous idiots will be spreading it round.

Persoanlly I think the virus came in on a meteor which burnt up in the atmoshere and dropped most of its viral load on China and bits elsewhere.

It is the start of an alien invasion. They first want to weaken us so that when they finally land we will be in such a state of chaos we will be unable to resist them. I expect some nutter living in cave the outback in the US with an arsenal of guns has already started circulating that story, but I have never had much originality.

That’s just silly. If you wanted to start a virus that enable you to take over the world, you’d engineer one that targeted the young and fit.

And you’d inoculate your population first.

Italy had ordered an enormous amount of masks from Rumania a week ago. Along came Russia, paid cash and took the lot.

It’s patently nonsense to claim that. If anyone wanted to ‘cull’ a certain group of people why would you create something that can affect anyone?

Don’t give these crackpots the pleasure of knowing that you’ve given their ridiculous ideas a moment’s headspace.

I suppose it could be thought of a way to get rid of a few of the less fit in society but it’s far too random. It seems to be hitting those in various parliaments and assemblies quite hard too so Mr P may well be at the bottom of it. Got to blame someone!

It's remarks like this where the young and ignorant get their " old people " attitudes from.
Well I've got news for those type---this virus isn't fussy who it takes. I read of a 39 year old losing his life.

If you hear it again, just say "Rubbish! Why use a sledgehammer to crack a nut? A global virus whose effects can't be predicted until it has swept through the world's population is not a sensible way to get rid of one section of the demographic. It's like using a nuclear bomb to light your barbecue!. Not specific enough by a long chalk!"

If it came from that country (from Mr P with love) then it is a part of HIS dirty-tricks campaign to destabilise Western democracy - don't let him get away with it.
