Can you look on UTube for different exercises? The NHS do some keep fit videos as well. Rosemary Connelly also does some for older people but I’m not sure if they are on UTube.

Has anybody got any recommendations for exercise videos for us oldies ( not too energetic!) I have been doing Walk a Mile by Leslie Sansone, but it would be nice to have a change.
