Set off my heart monitor accidentally

My cardiologist is going to think I'm really stupid, and rightly so.
I am wearing a ten day heart event recorder to record ten episodes of palpitations and I have set it off accidentally three times, whilst doing housework. So I will only have seven recordings. Please tell me someone else has done this.

I should think it will be okay as recordings of the heart will still be there particularly when resting such as in bed.

Its one where you press when you have palpitations and it records. Its not recording the whole time. To be honest I don't think they're a great idea.
But I'm so embarrassed.

You won't be the first person to have done it. I expect your cardiologist is used to this happening.

Thanks * Tangerine*. That's what I was hoping.

Don't be embarrassed - I am sure it happens all the time.

The obvious solution is to stop doing housework - I can thoroughly recommend it!! smile

Thanks Luckygirl
Housework is less appealing each day.
