I don’t think capsules work as well as the turmeric needs pepper, heat and fat to work I assume that, like VitD3 it’s fat soluble.

I came across this testimony recently .
Very expensive supplement so it must be a much higher grade turmeric than the supplements available in the UK

I have taken turmeric capsules and I don't think they have helped me with any of my conditions. I know it has good repute as doing so and one of my friends said she has had good results with turmeric. I still do take it though as it seems to have a good reputation for all kinds of things.

I often add it to soups and casseroles.

I also make a lethal brew of turmeric and black pepper vodka every summer which is then our go to remedy for bad colds, coughs and sore throats throughout the winter. There's always a bottle lurking in the back of a cupboard.

A measure before bedtime helps to get a good night's sleep!! grin

I hadn’t realised it thinned the blood but did read testimonies of it lowering BP . as an anti inflammatory rheumatic or arthritic conditions
Also as a preventative of tumours forming .
From reading on google it’s really a miracle spice ..but is it all true ?

It thins the blood so you have to be careful if you’re on certain medications. I do take it myself in the form of golden paste.

Reading an awful lot about turmeric recently and the benefits from it .
Wondering if members have used turmeric successfully for treating serious conditions ?
