coastiepostie, no, I don't and I expect it's just 'proposed' or 'in the pipeline', don't you?

After all, so much (so far) has been too little, too late or just talk. We still await our 'World beating' track and trace system. With the case numbers rising, I really wouldn't hold your breath.
