Poor you SueD I do sympathise I was like that in the past. I found T gel helpful for hair. I get Farmikogie online from Boots (I'm in NI.)
My diet is very plain now as my stomach doesn't tolerate spicy or fried and I am prediabetic. I wonder does that help.
I also have used Sainsburys pure soap for years - perfume and colour free. My skin is never irritated. Again very cheap.
And yes as Shandy says, things work for a while for some reason.

Mine was dreadful when I embarked on a diet devised by Dr. John Mansfield.
It hasn’t quite gone completely but since I did the diet about 6 years ago I haven’t had any bad flare ups.
I always use Capasal to wash my hair.

My psoriasis is worse than it has ever been. Elbows, leg, bottom and recently behind my ears and around my hairline. Some steroid cream from the doctor helped but I’m not keen on using that except as an emergency measure. I’m waiting for a consultant dermatologist appointment but how long is a piece of string?! I will see if I can source that cream here in Ireland if not I shall ask my uk based daughter to get some and post it over ( customs fees not withstanding)

I find that different things work at different times - the Body Shop 'Hemp' body butter is also good. Horrible pong though!

JaneJudge

I hold you responsible for my spending £30 with Boots.com blush

Oh dear. blush
Perhaps you should just have tried a small tube first JaneJudge.

I'm not sure how it will cope with really bad psoriasis but honestly everyone it has actually worked very well. And only around £4 to try it.

My son has it so will definitely get some of this for him, thanks for the tip

Shandy57 Thu 18-Mar-21 10:31:37

I'll give it a try too, thanks, my psoriasis is very bad at the moment, and I wouldn't normally look at something like this. I'm going to buy a tanning mitt this year, I'm fed up with having cream in my nails!

JaneJudge Thu 18-Mar-21 10:29:48

Thank you, I will give it a try

Farmologie pink grapefruit moisturiser

A well known young actor ( can't remember her name) said this cleared her legs so I thought it was worth a try. It's the best thing I have used ever and I've tried many things over 60 years!. Of course nothing works for everyone but it's not expensive at all.
There is also a pleasant body wash. Its good to have something that smells nice too.
