What tablet are you on about?

Whiff Wed 07-Jul-21 14:54:54

Sammy you need to contact your GP straight away. And tell them what's happened.

Not dying but feel rather low

If you can’t get through to your GP’s surgery, ring any chemist and speak to their pharmacist. Don’t worry !

because if GP is not contactable or helpful, and these days it is often the case, A&E is often the on;y alternative.

Actually, it has just occurred to me, why not ring 111, the NHS helpline. They can give you informed medical information on what you should do in your current predicament.

Only a very small nuumber people on GN have any medical qualifications to be able to advise you. 111 is definitely who you need to speak to.

Great advice from Infinity and try not to worry. Let us know how you get on.

As far as I know, Sertraline is an antidepressant. …..a double dose should make hyper, not low, in my non-medical opinion. If you can’t see your GP, have a chat with your local pharmacist.
TBH, it’s very unlikely that a double dose of an antidepressant will cause undue harm, but mine is just a layperson’s opinion.
So, see your pharmacist ASAP x

Talk to your doctor, I am sure they have a plan for issues like this

Thank you for the responses
Lots of love guys
Managed to speak to my gp who suggested to stay on 100mg going foward
Regarding being hyper not low
There is something named emotional blunting and that happens when you have more mg than your system would ever want or need
