yellowing finger nails.

I do not use nail varnish, but I'd like to find something to stop my nails going yellow. I do not smoke.

Does anybody use a treatment which keeps nails healthy?

Take vit d tablets. Amazing difference in a few weeks.

Make a thick paste with baking soda and lemon juice. Smear the paste around, and under the nails, and leave for 10 minutes. Scrub off with a nail brush and rinse.

If these ideas don`t work Silvergrand,i would advice you to see a Gp just to be sure there is no underlying health problem.
