Which ones do you have? I did think about getting one a year or so ago but changed my mind.

Ilove mine ,had it over 3 years and use it at least once a day .I have a herniated disc and my hysio said it would help ...and it does .10 miuted when I get out of bed and my back is fine for the day even on days I;ve hadto roll out of bed and walk up the wall with my hands to get straightened up.If I need to tone up I use it throughout the day in 10 minute sessions .

I have osteoporosis and have used one. It lived in the alcove of the dining room and I used it everyday for two years. My bone density went up by several points! We then moved it, this involved getting someone in as it weighs 75kg, and it never worked again. It feels very strange as your teeth rattle in your head, but you get used to it and it’s quite nice in the end. Involves no actual exercise if you don’t want to, you can just passively stand there and you will still get the benefits. They shlep them all the way up to the space stations to combat osteoporosis in the astronauts, so they must be good!
I miss mine.

Mine would never fit in a cupboard!

I have used one! As I said on the other thread you will use it for awhile and then put it in the cupboard. Don’t waste your money.

Is this the second thread about this type of machine?

I use one at home and couldn't believe how quickly I began to tone up! It also helps with my RA stiffness.

You cannot use the vibrating plate if you have a pace maker!

In Daily Mail yesterday I read an article on a Vibrating Plate and how it gives many benefits ie .. Good for arthritis, Diabetes, high blood pressure, memory loss, improved movement etc.
Has anyone used the machine and has their health improved ?

It is especially good for Osteoporosis which I have .. any advice welcome ...
