Hi , Does anyone else suffer from this condition. It takes the slightest knock to bring up a reddish/purple bruise under the skin which takes about 2 or 3 weeks to fade by which time a few more have appeared. Very disfiguring.
If anyone can tell me the best way to treat this I would be very grateful.

Me too. I usually wear long sleeves to hide my arms now. Let's hope someone can come up with a suggestion other than wrapping ourselves in lots of bandages!

I often find a bruise somewhere that I definitely haven’t knocked. Anyone remember Prince Philip saying he woke up with new bruises every morning?

My doctor says there is nothing I can do about it. My mother used to get the most awful bruises on her legs. I threatened to buy her shin guards if she wasn’t more careful.
I get them mainly on my arms.

I use witch hazel on bruises,i bruise so easily, don`t even remember knocking myself.
Getting older i believe is the cause.
That`s my excuse anyway.
