I tried it on D’s instigation last year and got precisely nowhere ??
I felt some of the food suggestions might have been good for my weight, but bad for my cholesterol (!) but it was altogether too flexible and unclear for me. Being a simple soul I like to be told what is good, what is bad and what needs to be restricted. But I still use the scales.
Honestly, good old Rosemary Conley about 25 years ago, was the most effective attempt I ever made at losing weight (2stone) even although, with hindsight, I can see how flawed her diet plans were!
