Bilateral vestibular hypofunction

Thank you lemsip There is a lot of technical stuff and the videos of vestibular exercises at least show me how to do them properly. I hoped to gain a personal insight from someone.

Does anyone have any experience of this? I was told 33 years ago that I had Ménière’s disease. This week testing showed that I have BVH not Ménière’s. Interested in any insights particularly about vestibular exercises.
