Heat spray reaction

Fairview As someone who had a lot of UTI’s and kidney related illness I think you may have had a rigors type attack.
Some years ago I was suffering badly with a UTI and kidney stones, I went to the loo feeling a bit faint and came to on the bathroom floor, I have no idea how long I was out for.
My 6 week old was thankfully still asleep in his pram!

Farview sorry you have a bad UTI. I was plagued with them for 8 months a mix of UTIs and kidney infections. Had 16 courses of antibiotics. Only 2 antibiotics worked on me and had to be a 7 day course.

I increased my fluid intake from 8-10 to 12-14 drinks a day and after a bt found I had diluted my folic acid and sodium levels to much . So my GP said stick to 8-10 drinks a day. Had to have course of folic acid for 3 months . A nurse told me to make sure my knees are in line with my hips when on the loo. That way you empty your bladder completely. Because I have an Ease toilet which is higher than normal loo. I use a child's step to put my feet on. Haven't had an infection since.

Forgot to say..had urine tested and really bad UTI....hence the back pain...

Farview you could try liniment that you rub on. They tend to be herbal much like the old fashioned white one you used to get from the doctor's. There are different brands but they might help.

I have a pad I pop in the microwave and the heat does my back the world of good. Don't know where it was from as it was a present.

I do gentle stretches which easy my lower back pain.

Yes the nurse said it was a bad allergic reaction to the spray and to never use it again...which of course I shant..

I would mention it just in case especially as you vomited , it could have a reaction to the fumes rather than the spray.
