Can you recommend a neck massager

I agree with lbc's rolled up towel suggestion. I slide a small bath towel inside my inner pillow protector.
Also use a long, narrow, microwaveable wheat bag to help with muscle pain.
Did your chiropractor suggest some home exercises? A physio gave me some to help with stiffness.

I didn't use a massager MrsPickle but when I suffered awful neck pain a while back, I rolled up a towel very firmly and slept with it beneath my neck - ensuring it wasn't tilted backwards and it worked wonders.

I’d recommend a Shakti pillow. I damaged my neck Zoom teaching during lockdown. Wore a support for a while. A Shakti pillow has been invaluable.

A year ago, I fell, hitting my head and fracturing my jaw.
Although that has healed, I'm left with a constant stiff neck.
I started seeing a chiropractor, but can't justify a lot of sessions, though she did help.
I am wondering if a neck massager would help.
Any opinions would be most welcome.
