Indoor gloves for Raynauds?

Today cracked and increased the heat to 22 throughout, I like it 🌞

I think Husband has got fed up with me complaining about my painful hands and we`ve had the heating on all day today and the woodburner!
People who don`t have Raynaud`s don`t realise how miserable this can make you

Believe it or not, but I find wearing thick thermal socks indoors helps alleviate my Raynauds problems. In fact the contribution of really warm feet to my whole body warmth is quite remarkable.

I have now reached a stage where, if I feel cold, I put my thermal socks on before I add an extra sweater.

I’m keeping the heating at 20 and for two brief periods. I have reynauds and felt miserable. I’m lighting the wood burner at 5 and go to bed (electric blanket ) at 9.
I have cashmere fingerless

as well as on feet, i wear socks on hands in bed.
it helps me keep warm enough to sleep.

I wear those thin silver gloves under my warm cycling gloves if I need a cycle ride in cold weather. They are very good

I don`t need to wear gloves indoors yet but am only a hop away from that, especially if I need to rummage in the freezer. I have some pretty hm wool fingerless gloves upstairs, lacey so they look nice. I may well get them out in a mo. I am top to toe warm but not my hands

I wear fingerless gloves indoors, all made from pure wool and hand knitted by DD to match my clothes.

I have bought the same ones as Jaxjacky, on her recommendation, and they’re marvellous.

I wear a pair of touch screen compatible gloves when using my iPad. Plenty available on Amazon or eBay and if you get the kind made for running or cycling they’re usually thin but warm.

I wear these, mainly outdoors, but they’re quite thin.
