Pretty common I think! I understand it’s something to do with air pressure.
My mum also used to say she could tell “from her corns” when it was going to rain.

Yes!!!!!

It's cold, damp and miserable here. I'm in agony, 😂🤣

My leg was broken in a road traffic accident in my teens. It has ached in cold damp weather ever since and now other bits of me are joining in. Merino base layers work well for me.

Yes. I have osteoarthritis in my knees and after a couple of hours on the allotment yesterday I experienced more aching than usual, even in my hips which never ache.

I can always tell when there’s going to be a dip in air pressure.

Does anyone else suffer from joint pain in damp weather?
For a number of years I have had joint pain in knees, hips, wrists and fingers when the weather is damp. It doesn't seem logical, I am indoors and the house is warm so why should this be? I was tested for rheumatoid arthritis about 10 years ago and given the all clear. I do have osteoarthritis in my knees which ache every day but as soon as the weather improves so does the pain in the other joints.
