Thanks for the advice! I have a day surgery appointment when they will take a biopsy, bladder training and irodynamics. I have also been prescribed ovestin (I think a form of HRT). It’s early days, so will see how it goes. I’m grateful it has been caught at a relatively early age. My poor late MIL had a grade 3. Cystocele in her 90s and found it terribly traumatic. Let’s just say that things were coming out. She was deeply distressed by it all, being very ladylike in an old fashioned sort of way, always Well dressed and clean.

Thanks again for the replies.

Sallywally do you get multiple UTIs and or kidney infections ? If so you need to see a urologist. I had over a period of 8 months 16 doses of antibiotics. The urologists did an internal at my appointment and then I had an ultrasound on my bladder and kidneys. Everything was fine he concluded I had a bad infection that needed a long course of antibiotics.

A nurse gave me a tip it may help you. But since doing it haven't had an UTI or kidney infection for well over 18 months. When sitting on the toilet make sure your knees and hips are in line and that way you empty your bladder completely. I have an ease toilet which is a normal loo but taller than a normal one because of disability. So I use my grandson's step to put my feet on when using the loo.

I know this doesn't answer your question but hope the tip helps you empty your bladder completely. I am 64 and find no matter how urgently I need the loo still have to sit before I can go and sit for a couple of mins after to make sure my bladder is empty.

Any advice. I have urge incontinence, multiple night wee visits and a slight lump vaginally. The called it a grade one. This was only discovered by a gynae hospital on examination. I have seen multiple GPS for symptoms but not one has performed an internal examination! I am 67
