My husband died of this cancer, he didn’t even know he was ill when diagnosed with metastasis. Great to hear that progress is being made. Early diagnosis is the way forward.

Encourage your men to get checked if they can. It is the most common cancer in men. My husband has it, as does my brother-in-law, both in remission after treatment thankfully. My next door neighbour has it and a good friend's husband died from it aged 63.

Great news - lots of precious young men in my family and I’ve always worried about this awful disease. A good friend of my ex-husband died from it (a good few years ago )…

I too think it’s excellent news, joined up research and trials, a thank you to those who volunteer.

This is just fantastic news - an incredibly effective, fast and lower cost treatment that will help so many sufferers.
