Iron tablets

Was prescribed iron tablets on Friday..ferrous fumarate 322mg...yesterday felt a bit dizzy on and off...today feeling dizzy constantly...will speak to doc tomorrow a.m.
.has anyone else experienced this re iron tablets?

Years ago i had an issue with prescribed iron tablets but cant remember what. Anyway they said I required slow release tablets. My coeliac granddaughter had liquid iron prescribd due to an issue. Good luck getting sorted but it may just be a coincidence? Perhaps ask a pharmacist?

I was given iron tablets when pregnant and was so unwell with them, awful pains and my poor stomach was constantly cramping. I feel it was because it was because I didn’t need it despite having been anaemic for years before that!
