Janet, have you done pelvic floor exercises? I didn't want surgery after hearing horror stories from friends so I felt I had nothing to lose by doing pelvic floor exercises first, moving on to advanced ones, and they pulled my prolapse back up so that I didn't need surgery at all.

I followed Tasha Mulligan's advice online.

Good luck.

Janet, there is another thread, about a variety of pelvic problems. I'll see if I can find it for you. Some of the folk on there might have advice for you.

It's from September, so not that old, and is called 'Prolapse and ring pessaries'. Hope someone can give you advice soon.
