Thank you I certainly will keep at it. I was told pelvic floor exercises should be done 'forever' so must accept it as part of life now anyway!!

I can’t help you with experience of Kegel machines but I started doing pelvic floor exercises 3-4 times a day working up to 10 repetitions each time. I have reversed the bladder prolapse and very nearly the rectal one. It took months before there was a really noticeable improvement and 2 years to effect those reversals. It’s been well worth it.
Maybe your machine will be more effective but I think 6 weeks is too soon so stick at it!

I would be interested to know whether anyone has tried using the Kegel8 Ultra 20 machine and if they had good results.
I was diagnosed with a vaginal prolapse and been using this for about 6 weeks now but have not noticed any improvement so far.
I appreciate I might be rather impatient but would love to know other's experiences.
