The only thing I have found that doesn't burn is Cetraben but that is just a moisturizer and I suspect I need something with a bit of oestrogen

I also use Sudocrem. It's a bit thick in consistency but it works

Sorry but Sudocrem is a definite no for me! Burns b

Another recommendation for Sudocrem! Works for me when I get itching/soreness in vulval area.

I was having problems in France this summer and a pharmacist recommended the Uriage range. It worked for me, and I stocked up with loads more last month when I went back. Only to find I can actually get it here in the UK on Amazon!
It's amazing how good the French are at advising on intimate products. Because they actually TALK about issues!

I’d be inclined to try Sudocrem, which isn't just for babies/nappy rash. I have found it very soothing for various conditions.

I have vulvodynia (vulval soreness) which is probably being made worse by post menopausal skin. I tried Ovestin a while ago but even at a very low dose it stung so badly I had to stop using it. This has put me off trying anything else but I am getting desperate! Does anyone know which cream is least likely to irritate?
