Another Pharmacy2u user here.

I did find the process marginally more user friendly when it was Lloyds and had a couple of glitches directly after the takeover but it seems to be ok now.

No problems here with Pharmacy2u.
We use their app. I have added DH to my account so all our prescriptions are synced.
You can adjust the reminders by changing the number of days worth you have left. They remind you 2 weeks in advance. You tick the box for what you want, they contact your GP and your medication is with you couple of days later.
You are kept informed by email about every step and the delivery is recorded.
It's totally free if you're over 60 or exempt from prescription charges.
I think it's brilliant. Try it.

We use Pharmacy2U. The only issue I have had is that having set my reminders on the calendar, they keep sending reminder emails too early. Also once the package was delivered to a different address by mistake. Fortunately it was our next door neighbour so I was able to retrieve it easily.

I use Pharmacy 2u too, as (long story) my GP is quite a distance and the adjacent pharmacy doesn’t deliver here.

They prompt me to re-order in plenty of time and continue to remind, until the prescription is ordered. It’s then delivered by Royal Mail a couple of days later through my letterbox.
I only have one item on ‘script.

I use pharmacy2u, and although post is very hit and miss as a rule, I've never once had a problem with getting my meds on time from them.

Thanks for your help. I’ll give it a go.

I also use Pharmacy2U and they’ve been very reliable.

I use Pharmacy2U and have had no problems at all. They send timely reminders and keep you up to date as to when your medication will be delivered.

After running out of tablets because I was too ill to collect them (thankfully not inhalers) I was wondering if anyone had starte using the Royal Mail health app ? I have got a leaflet about it this morning. Any feedback would be appreciated.
