I'm at my wits end, this condition continues even though I have been NHS and Private, tried so many creams and potions, also HRT and still now and again this horrible thing continues.
Has anyone got a remedy?
Feels like an infection but 12 out of 13 recent test were negative.
Any help is welcomed

Have you tried D-Mannose? The best brand is Waterfall. Available Amazon.

Why would you use creams for a urine infection ?

Give bi carbonate in water a go it dilutes the acid in your urine
If 12 out of 13 tests were negative that means one was positive was that the first last or in the middle somewhere test ?

I ended up having 16 courses of antibiotics a couple of years ago . As I had one infection after and other some turned to kidney infections. I had all the symptoms but the urine dip test always was negative but blood tests showed the infection. Luckily my GP always believed me so had no problems getting the antibiotics. But only 2 antibiotics worked on me Cefalexin 500mg 3 times a day for 7 days.
Nitrofurantoin 100mg twice a day for 7 days.

I saw an urologist and after having an ultrasound on my bladder and kidneys full and empty he decided I just had a very bad infection which needed a lot of antibiotics to get rid of.

My290556 have you had blood tests while having a UTI if not ask for one .

A nurse gave me a good tip. When using the toilet make sure your knees and hips are level and that way you will empty your bladder and bowel completely. After you think you have finished sit a bit longer.

I have an ease toilet which is taller than a normal toilet so use a toddler step to put my feet on.

Always pat dry and make sure you wear pj bottoms clean everyday if you wear pjs. And you don't have to be told but always only use warm water when washing down below. Hope my being blunt hasn't offended you . But this is what happened to me . I am 66 now.

It’s worth looking at a website called “Live UTI Free” which I have found very helpful and informative, as I am a chronic UTI sufferer.
The standard UTI test offered does not pick up all UTIs.

There is a specialist UTI (LUTS Clinic) at the Whittington Hospital, North London, but it has a long waiting list on NHS.

It's worth Googling Interstitial Cystitis and seeing if you think this applies to yourself. I have this ,though I still get actual infections from time to time.
Always see your GP though if you think there's an actual infection as they need treating with antibiotics if you have.
You have my sympathy - hope you find out the cause.💐

Although not an STD it is possible to pass the bacteria between partners, so if you're sexually active that's worth considering.
