Exestamane. Cancer drug

Is there anyone on here who is , or has been taking this drug.
I was taken off Tamoxifen and it was replaced by Exestamane.

I did have a blast of radiotherapy just before Christmas, to help with the pain in my back. I have bone cancer, but since taking this drug, things have gotten worse.
To add insult to injury, I was also diagnosed with having had a stroke, just before Christmas. Left sided weakness in hand.
Any helpful thoughts would be most grateful.

Yes, I've been taking it for just over two years. My hair is thinning, but I haven't had any other problems with it.

I have been taking it for over 5 years and don't really have many side effects. I think at first I was very stiff and my muscles ached but that has got better.
