Dh has a battery operated hand warmer. He has heated insoles for shoes that last 8 hours. It’s important to make sure anything you buy does not get too hot.

I manage with thermal socks over my ordinary footwear (usually thick tights), plus fingerless gloves that DD knits for me.

I also make sure my legs and arms are well wrapped - thick tights as already mentioned and long sleeved thermal vests.

You can get good gloves from Raynaud’s disease.com, I wear them and heatgen socks from M&S.
Hot Hands and feet packs are good for outside, readily available at Amazon
It’s a miserable thing to have.

Looking for gloves and socks for husband with Reynauds possibly. Hands and feet go very cold especially at ends and go white.
Have read silk socks may help.
