Has anyone experience of coping with postural drop, please?

Following a diagnosis of this after being taken to A&E recently, I’d like some advice. My Gp hasn’t been helpful at all…apart from being told to stand up slowly before moving about. I’m 78. Thanks…

Just had to look up what postural drop is. Are you talking light headedness on standing ? That must be why the heart surgeon took my BP while standing and sitting on both arms. Has anyone measured your BP in this way. Though don’t know if it would help. Sorry can’t offer any help

Are we talking Postural tachycardia syndrome (POTS)? If so, there is a a vast amount of information online from the NHS, POTS UK and reputable American hospital health resources like John Hopkins University the Cleveland Clinic and the Mayo hospital.
