Glucosamine

I took it a few years ago - made no difference

I never had any luck with it. Eventually just gave in and now have new knees and a new hip.

I've ys d it from Nature's Best fur a number of years. Recently I bought a different brand and they were very hard to swallow so I just stopped taking them. I feel absolutely no difference at all now.
when I was taken either brand. My doctor initially said taking them would make no difference although his father takes glucosamine every day and swears by it. Possibly just a placebo?

No.
Nothing really does.

I took it for 3 mths a few years ago it made no difference to me sadly.
