Well, I thought it was going too well!
After one day, my denture caused very painful sores and the clasp round my own teeth is too tight and has caused an ulcer on my gum.
Of course, it's weekend and dentist closed until Tuesday.
I left the denture out for 12 hours last night and it was very difficult to get back in.
I have to keep wearing it on and off so that I can get it back in.
My review isn't until Thursday but I am in such a lot of pain, I'll be ringing the dentist first thing on Tuesday and hope they'll get me in. It's a private one and has cost a fortune so I would hope they will see me.
I have tried painkillers and saltwater and numbing gel. It nothing helps except taking the denture out.
Really fed up now.
