I’ve been trying to be a bit more intentional with how I spend my quiet time — less news, less scrolling, and more things that actually help me feel better.
Earlier this week I came across a small collection of free eBooks focused on women’s wellness. A bit of everything: skincare (there’s one by Caroline Hirons, if the name rings a bell), healthy routines, gentle yoga, and mindfulness.
It felt like a calm, thoughtful space — not one of those loud or commercial sites. You do answer a short question or two before accessing the full bundle, but it’s nothing complicated.
I found the yoga guide surprisingly helpful — very visual and easy to follow, even for someone like me with stiff knees 😅
