Barefoot grounding shoes

I wear barefoot shoes, but I took to them long before the current fad of "grounding." I really don't know whether a copper plug would make much difference.
I began wearing my barefoot shoes because I needed a wide toe box to accommodate the changing shape of my feet due to arthritis. I don't think I could go back to ordinary shoes now.
