Sterimar spray. A salt solution but very mild.
Check with GP you may have a polyp that needs removing.

Not the allergic type. Nothing to do with hay fever,etc.
Never had this before, just in one nostril and my ever dripping nose is driving me bonkers.
Anyone suggest some over the counter stuff I could purchase to help me.?
