Age 71 - Yellow smelly vaginal discharge - not an infection

Not a nice subject but I have had a yellow smelly discharge for over 3 weeks now. The doctor initially treated it as an infection and took a swab then put me on antibiotics. Swab showed no infection. Antibiotics made no difference at all. Saw doctor again and have asked for ultra sound to see where it’s coming from but looks like it’s going to be a few weeks to see someone. Am having to change pads about 4 times a day at least.
Does anyone else have experience of this. I feel well but it does get you down

No, but I’d not rest til it’s been properly looked at as that’s simply not normal.

I was fast tracked for an ultrasound but still had to wait a few weeks.
