Recommended loft insulators please?

Sadly we've missed out on the loft grants but sorely need to get ours done. Bloody freezing at the moment. Been hit by cowboys before so even though I know it's not guaranteed would love a recommendation of a local company who would do this for me? Anyone had a good or even just a fair experience of a loft insulation company in Lincoln or surrounds?

I used the loft grant scheme too and the service was great but I can't remember who did it. However, why not try ringing up your local council and asking them who carried out the contract for them - it's more than likely it was a local company.

My local council is North Kesteven, so try them - it shouldn't matter which council you ring. Let us know how you get on.
