Any more Grans in S. Lanarkshire out there?

Hi, I've only been living here for 18 months and due to a medical condition I haven't been able to get involved in the local community. I would love to see much more information on this local page but couldn't find much on line.
Could you help and maybe consider being a joint editor of site to improve the service to the local grandparent community?

I CAME TO HAMILTON A FEW YEARS AGO AND JOINED GRANSNET A FEW MONTHS AGO.I COULD DO A JOINT EDITOR WHAT INFORMATION WOULD BE USEFUL TO ADD HERE?I WAS LOOKING FOR A READING OR WRITING GROUP.

I've just added a post in South Lanarkshire for Biggar Gardening Club if anyone is interested...
We hold our meetings on the 3rd Wednesday of each month and anyone is welcome - no gardening knowledge required!
