A request for help

Good afternoon Gransnet!

The folks at HQ have very kindly allowed me to post a small request for a little bit of help from the good people here.

My name is Steve and I am looking to introduce a service to the people of the City of Bath. It's a kind of a modern version of a an old service based on good, old fashioned customer service and community.

What I intend to do is to provide a local retail delivery service that allows people to shop at their local independent retailers, in store, on line or over the phone, and get their purchase delivered to them either within minutes of ordering, in a one hour delivery window of their choice. See? Customer service & Local community.
