Did anyone see the local newspaper - my blood is boiling!

Reading the article it seems he was driving within the speed limit and had slowed when he saw the horse. So where does the "driving like a grandmother" come in!

I have no idea! Last night I drove down from london with a car load of teenagers; I wonder at which point I was driving like a grandmother? Perhaps when I realised I was speeding in a bid to finish the ordeal of listening to One Direction
