Nick Boles, the Conservative MP who thinks "better-off" pensioners should not be allowed free prescriptions, bus passes and the winter fuel allowance, has made a claim of a little under £700 on expenses for Hebrew lessons. It's difficult to see how these relate to his responsibilities towards the constituents of Grantham. However, it seems that he met his partner when he travelled to Tel Aviv with the Conservative Friends of Israel, so all that learning won't be wasted after all.
Is it rude to not finish a book club choice that was selected by someone else?
