I think we ought to be relieved that we have judges who don't get bullied by government.
Don't know if he is a bad man or not, as only have Teresa May's word to go on as he has not been tried.
So I guess on this occasion a bad man may be getting away with something but the independence of the judiciary, and human rights, win the day.

I have just read this - "Qatada Given Bail After Winning Latest Appeal" - and I am thinking what on earth is going on? Surely he doesn't want to stay in our infidel western democracy? Why can't he just be shipped back "home", wherever that is?
