I was going to add "don't bother if you hate royalty to the title But I wouldn't have got many takers.

(Why isn't she pregnant yet?!)

On a walkabout in Cambridge today, a woman presented William with a Babygro with a helicopter motif on the front, talk about dropping hints!

jO5 Wed 28-Nov-12 16:48:58

Yes. But it's having a baby too, isn't it? They said they want children.

Lilygran Wed 28-Nov-12 16:42:39

It doesn't matter whether they produce an heir or not (how unlike all those unfortunate past queens for whom it was desperately important) because there are dozens of potential heirs washing about.

think

jO5 Wed 28-Nov-12 16:11:49

No. I thik the fringe looks quite pretty close up. Wonder if they've recommended that to stop all the hair brushing back she does. She must have some glue strength hairspray on it.

Love the dress. A girl's got to keep warm. (It is very Charlie's Angels! Wonder if she knows it?)

Same here, jamjam! I also think she looks better with her hair up – more elegant and intelligent.

Nonu Wed 28-Nov-12 15:40:05

Mrs jamjam like !

MrsJamJam Wed 28-Nov-12 15:38:25

Agree that the dress looks hideous to me, and personally I would find such a vast mane of hair thoroughly irritating, but perhaps she doesn't have to do much beyond sitting around looking glamorous!

Ella46 Wed 28-Nov-12 15:32:45

The politicians would love her to be pregnant as it would fill the newspapers, and we would miss all the sneaky stuff they get up to!

I think that dress is ghastly too!

gillybob Wed 28-Nov-12 15:25:31

Personally I think the longer it takes those two scroungers to add to the (already overloaded) list of royal layabouts the better.

BAnanas Wed 28-Nov-12 15:22:42

I like Kate, or what we know of her through her public image, she comes across as warm and genuine. I have to say I hate this horrible button up to the neck old granny's dress though, she still looks good of course, just don't like the dress. She doesn't need to get pregnant she's got her lovely dog Lupo, don't know whether he would be able to succeed William, although there's always a chance him being a male and non catholic!!!

Ana Wed 28-Nov-12 15:12:55

grin

I only meant they'd both have been checked for possible fertility problems....

jO5 Wed 28-Nov-12 14:55:22

Was thinking (far too much hmm) whilst out about Ana's post.

Can you imagine it -

"William dear, just spare a mo to do the necessary in this -little- large pot. Ah, that's all fine. Plenty of the little perishers there. Thanks.

Just better check out the fit now. Kate dear, How's that? Comfy? Ok?

All seems in order. Should do the trick. Go ahead."

How else are they gonna check 'em out??? hmm

glassortwo Wed 28-Nov-12 13:07:47

The fringe looks like a pair of curtains grin but I do agree she is very naturally attractive.

petallus Wed 28-Nov-12 12:03:24

In that photo hair looks like a wig.

jO5 Wed 28-Nov-12 11:58:26

They would not have!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! grin

I don't belieeeeeeeve it!!!!!!!!!!! grin

nanaej Wed 28-Nov-12 11:25:41

I loved seeing Guy the gorilla though...but was sad he was in a zoo!

nanaej Wed 28-Nov-12 11:23:13

I dislike the existence of a royal family but do not 'hate' individual royals as I do not know them.
Not my business , and I do not care particularly, if people I do not know are pregnant or not! Press speculation and comment , whilst expected, must be tedious and maybe upsetting to any individual if comments/speculation are about a private, sensitive issue that is not about a 'wrong-doing'.

Ana Wed 28-Nov-12 11:21:21

I'm sure they'd both have been...checked out before they got married.

jO5 Wed 28-Nov-12 11:19:14

I just hope there isn't a problem. I would hate anything to rain on their parade.

I'm just a worry-guts. hmm

jO5 Wed 28-Nov-12 11:10:01

back-tracking or what? hmm

Greatnan Wed 28-Nov-12 11:00:15

I wasn't thinking about jingle, just the mass of comment in the tabloids.

Bags Wed 28-Nov-12 10:57:33

I don't think it's intrusive to wonder, which is all jingle's doing. It would be intrusive to ask Kate or Will, or to mention it at all to them.

Greatnan Wed 28-Nov-12 10:55:56

Jingle, I am unlikely to get lost today as we have total 'white out'! So it is more duvet-diving for me!

Lilygran Wed 28-Nov-12 10:54:33

Yes, an asset to the Royal Family and the nation. Go, girl!
