Women Bishops

I have drawn up a list of the qualities I think a bishop should have. They include a full knowledge of the Bible, a good listener, a committed Christian, leadership qualities, approachable, caring, high integrity, flexibility. I'm sure there are many more.
Having a penis is not one of them.

Delighted to see that the UK has its first female bishop. No, wait, my mistake, it's actually Swaziland that has its first female bishop. You know - one of the poorest, least developed nations on earth where women can't hold property in their own name? That Swaziland.
