Picture in The Telegraph today of Grannies in a tree protesting about the proposed building of a road through open countryside enjoyed for walks and leisure.
1) Any of you in that picture?
2) Have you ever joined a demo/protest?
3) Were you or any female rellies at Greenham Common?

Good for the Grannies, I say!!

NEI (Not enough information) - if yes - tell more? What do you think of grannies climbing trees to wave placards? I understand one of them was stripsearched (shock) which seems more than a little excessive. What would get you out brandishing a placard?
